Machinery Installation & Training
The Whole Package offers training to our customers on many different aspects of packaging machinery. We can help you set up your production line, program the machine's computer system, and train your mechanics on better methods for running the machines more efficiently. Our training will also teach our customers how to troubleshoot production problems more effectively on their own.
Machinery Rebuild Services
Often we acquire used packaging machines which require reconditioning. Our technicians can rebuild machines including all parts and all electrical systems. We also can retrofit older machines to work with new systems in order to accommodate different tubes, filling methods, and sealing designs.
Production Line Moving & Setup
With the ever changing line of products in the packaging industry, moving and setting up new production lines can not be avoided. Often however, this process is very time consuming and requires the help of outside contractors. The Whole Package has a great deal of experience disassembling, moving and reassembling new production lines.
